Before entering the sales industry, Luthando Sityo was a professional soccer player and had the privilege to play in countries like the UK and Hong Kong, China. His career was cut short by a broken shoulder and that was when he decided to come back to South Africa for surgery.

With six months to recover, Luthando decided to change the direction of his goals and while he accompanied someone to an interview, that is when he became curious and ended up being invited to attend an interview.

As person who was always introverted, entering an industry that requires people skills was not easy but because of his willingness to learn he was then able to adapt.

The director is a self driven person who believes that success is always about helping the next person, growing himself from a junior sales agent to leadership, Luthando always educated himself about leadership and being an inspiration to others. Now, with the skills and knowledge he has acquired in sales and running his business, he strives to do the same for the next generation
